DESCRIPTION:\n\nWelcoming Congregation Committee is Back!\n\nStarting in No
 v 2022\, some of our former members decided to get together &amp\; get the
  group back up &amp\; running post-COVID. So\, Starting Jan 2023\, Amy\, M
 arla\, Jack &amp\; Adrian sat down &amp\; hammered out how the group was g
 oing to organize &amp\; what our general goals for the group were going to
  be.\n\nWe felt like a loose structure with some specific tasks prioritize
 d was the best way to go for 4 busy people. Jack is the leader of our merr
 y band &amp\; has taken responsibility for communication. Adrian will run 
 our FB operations\, Amy &amp\; Marla will help with finances &amp\; RedRiv
 erUU policies &amp\; procedures. As you can see\, we need more people will
 ing to give their time &amp\; energy to our cause!\n\nWe also determined t
 hat with limited personnel\, time &amp\; funding\, we need to concentrate 
 on just a few direct goals:\n\n 	Maintaining our certification as an LGBTQ
 IA Welcoming Congregation\n 	Grayson Gay Pride Festival\n\nThose that can 
 will March with First Church in the Dallas Pride Parade as well as volunte
 ering for the annual Earth Day festival in Sherman.\n\nSo\, watch for upco
 ming events that educate about &amp\; showcase the LGBTQIA community &amp\
 ; our Congregation! Join us on the 4th Sunday of every month\, after Calor
 ies &amp\; Conversation to offer support &amp\; services!  We meet in the
