The Board of Trustees will hold the February meeting following the Sunday service on February 13th. We moved it up one week because the Appreciation Celebration and Bruce Cameron Award Ceremony will be held after the Sunday service on February 20th.

The agenda will cover:

• Approval of minutes from last month
• Status of assigned action items from last month
• Monthly Finance report
• February 20th Celebration agenda and Board member duties
• Stewardship campaign starting in March
• Where we are at and next steps for the Minister vote scheduled for March 20th
• Booth kit and Earth Day Festival coming up
• Open Discussion
• Identify any new action items
