A lot of people tell the story of their addictions & recovery, but it’s always from the point of view of the addict. What about the other people in their universe? How is life for an Adult Child of Alcoholics or Addicts?
My parents got sober when I was fifteen & a half years old. My brothers were 11 & 7. My story, although surrounded by parallel events, is through my eyes & from my memories. I will tell you how their illness impacted me.
