From the Gear Icon, if you select My Account, you can update/change your email address.
To change your password send an email to the Web Team. They will send you a password reset email or make the change for you. Passwords require the following:
1. Must be at least 12 characters in length
2. Must have at least one special character (e.g. !@#$&*^)
3. Must have at least one upper case letter
