The Minister Search Team members are Marla Loturco, Marilyn Alexander, David Dyer, Jana Norris, and Jim Holmes. We formally meet at 2 pm on the Thursday prior to the monthly Board meeting. We meet in the Gil Alexander room and also allow Zoom participants and visitors using the Zoom ID 989 0789 7878.
Our first two orders of business are to find funding to cover at least the first year of a minister salary and to interview members of the congregation to best understand the characteristics of who we should be looking for once we begin our formal interview precess.
These will be Team members available in the Chapel after Sunday service starting at 12:30 for anyone that wishes to come talk with us. We will also be setting small group meetings for discussions.
