NOTICE OF THE MEETING:

The Board of Trustees announces the Fall Congregational Meeting will be held via Zoom on Sunday, October 18, 2020 @ 1 pm.  The packet of documents for this meeting-  containing the agenda; minutes of the previous Congregational Meeting; annual reports as required by the bylaws; proxy ballots should voting be required; and supporting documents for any agenda item requiring one – will be emailed to the membership NLT Monday, October 5, 2020;  Included in the packet will be written reports from all the church committees, teams and interest groups except The Board of Trustees, The Membership Committee, The Finance Committee and the Committee on Ministry  (these reports are required and presented at the Spring Congregational Meeting.
